The Blessed Sacrament is present in St. Anne’s Chapel from 9AM to 9PM Monday-Friday for adoration.
God longs to be with us. He humbled himself and became man to do so. He also devised a way to remain with us after His ascension, the Eucharist. It only makes sense that adoration and encountering Christ in the Blessed Sacrament becomes an essential aspect of our faith.
Life today can seem restless. Many are constantly busy with life’s daily activities and our free time is often consumed by online or television distractions. Christ tells us, “come to me, all you who are weary and heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.” It is time to show Jesus that we want to and need to spend time with him.
Adoration is a wonderful way to spend quiet time with our Lord:
- Time to give Him thanks and praise.
- Time to come to Him with our worries.
- Time to bring our prayers and petitions.
- Time to sit quietly and bask in the glory of our Lord
